I am active radio amateur from 1999. On this page I would introduce myself and summarize some interesting and important links. I hope that you will be able to find usable information!
RIG/ANTMy father - HA8VZ - is also radio amateur so on the equipment, used by me, was established with his help. I am preferably short wave user, that is why interested in short wave goods. Our HF transceiver is an IC-765, and I am very satisfied with it. The ultrashortwave rig is TS-790 but because of geographical conditions we are not to successful on VHF, UHF or SHF. According to DX hunting we use a 3 element - 3 band BEAM antenna on 20, 15 and 10 meters band. On 40 and 80 meters there is a horizontal delta loop which is incredibly simple, but sufficiently productive! 160m is not available and unfortunately 50MHz and 70MHz are forbidden frequencies is Hungary, but I hope that once upon a time I will be QRV on these bands! WorkI am allowed to take part on the major international contests. My contest call is also HA8LIF. I enjoy both telegraphy and phone. I prefer 40 and 10 meters, but work on each working bands. During competitions I try receive as many points are available, but I do not forget to elevate these short contacts upon a bit more enjoyable level, not only "..... 599 15687 TU". QSLI send qsl confirmation cart to every worked station. I am award interested - not DIG member - and like receiving QSL. I would ask you not to forget writing me a qsl, because that is my pleasure getting your card. Sometimes I send qsl with Airmail, and I secure you, if I receive a card than I correspond it as soon as possible. (Generally it takes two weeks between post and receive the card). Amateur Radio LinksI hope that you can find usable links among the following ones: Hungarian clubs, organizations, hamswww.mrasz.hu (Hungarian Radio
