FM dash Low Band 25 watt mobile for Home Office.

1 OFF bought at Elevaston Castle Radio Rally June 2003.
Marked Home Office on front.

Serial Number:  5198

3 channel Simplex working.  But it has a 6 5 way tone lock switch fitted.  This model was used by the Royal Observer Corp on 80 MHz simplex for post to post communications in the 1980's and later until the ROCS were abandoned.  The frequencies marked on the rear of the radio correspond with known ROC radio channels.
