Burndept BE458

BE458 25 watt High Band 136 MHz - 174 MHz, marked Home Office, to compliment the BE525 Low Band fixed stations in the ROC posts and to act as hilltop repeater links in the system.

These were believed to be ROC Post Link Base stations but they seem more likely to have been used as a remote base station. 
Transmit    168.5625 MHz
Receive      168.5875 MHz
There is a antenna changeover relay and no diplexer for single antenna working. Also connections for a PO line.

One OFF bought at the Barford Radio Rally Norfolk July 2004. 
Brand new condition.
