The module Priroda (last module to be added to the station, in 26 Apr 96) is equipped with passive, active radiometers and infra-red ray, radar, and diverse types of spectrometers. It is used to analyze the concentration of CFC and the state of the ozone layer in the atmosphere of the planet.
