I have been playing around with the programming of the Yaesu Radios for the past few years.
You will find some of my programs in the following pages.

They are FREE and fully functional (as far as I know !!) for anyone, no nag screen, no limitation !! It is only for fun...

These programs have been developped over 10 years ago when Win98 and XP were in current usage.
To run on today's machine and Vista or Win7/8, you will need to install the VB5 or VB6 (Visual Basic) Runtimes.
Please follow this link to Microsoft support page to download the required files,
either for Visual Basic 5.0 select the file Msvbvm50.exe (if you were asked for msvbvm50.dll during installation)
or Visual Basic 6.0 select the file VBRun60sp6.exe (if you were asked for msvbvm60.dll during installation)

 CAT-1000 MP for MK-V and Field Series features :

CAT-1000 D for the earlier FT-1000 serie with Firmware 6.00

CAT-847 with Full Satellite Tracking
(Using WiSP and Fodtrack Rotor interface) features :

  • Build in Rotor Control (Fodtrack // Interface required)
  • Transverter Support (Displays actual traffic frequencies)

(Experimental, as I do not have the radio for in depth testing) features :
