Training is the number 1 priority. The links below are to training pages that contain valuable information for disaster communicators. The FEMA courses listed are through the Independent Study Program and offer certificates and in some cases college credits. There is also a link to the ARRL Certification and Continuing Education Program (CCE). These are online courses and require one to register to take the course. The other link is to the Public Service Communication Manual. Addtional training is provided during the Thursday night training nets.
