Read more →Hello, and welcome to the website for the Go QRP Nights contest, New Zealand's only year-long amateur radio contest. This is a fun activity where amateur radio operators try to contact other operators using low power (QRP). The contest is held monthly, on the last Saturday of every month except February, when it is moved to the first Saturday of March to avoid clashing with the Jock White Field Day. Modes used are SSB and CW, and we use the 40 meter and 80 meter bands.
