Russian Coding for Web-Pages

In some cases I have needed to use the Russian alphabet to be included in web-pages. One problem I have found is that a number of web-page software do not like this. And even ones that do, do not show up correctly on some browsers.
With this problem, I found that by using the &# + the 4-digit number, Russian can be included in web-pages.
So as to make it easier for others to use Russian text, I have included a chart showing all the &# codes for each Russian character.

Use the below table for entering Russian text into a HTML document, starting with &# then the corresponding 4-Digit Number.

1040 А 1041 Б 1042 В 1043 Г 1044 Д 1045 Е 1046 Ж

I am sure there will be other information on the web that can help you, it's a big place.
If anyone finds a better way, or knows of some software to save using the &# command, I'd like to hear from you. Please e-mail me using the following link.
