Kermadec Islands
This was the first Dx-pedition to this rare spot for many years. It took an enormous amount of organising and red tape to get through. However the Dx-pedition was very sucessful indeed and gave many thousands of Amateurs this rare and needed country for the DXCC's. Fellow DX-peditioners were ZL1AMO, ZL1AAS and W6REC. Special thanks to NCDXF, INDEXA, Chiltern Radio Club. Thanks also to the many Amateurs whose contributions made this DX-Pedition possible. Acknowledgement also to the N.Z. Lands and Survey Department, N.Z.M.O.T., University of Auckland and the Scientific group - Dr. J. Craig, Ann Stewart, Dr. D. Scheil, M. Kingsford and M. Vette.
