Norfolk Island is almost completely surrounded by dramatic cliffs.

The lagoon is about the only place to safely swim and snorkel.  It is certainly the only accessible beach for great sun bathing.

The verticals certainly look impressive, and they are, but unfortunately they were not mine to use.  They belong to that famous DXer VK9NS.
The Norfolk Pine is everywhere on the Island.   They are huge trees and certainly make good antenna masts if there is one close by.
