This very nice villa attached to the main hotel was to be my QTH for the next 10 days. From the windows it was easy to sling dipole antennas amongst the coconut trees for good coverage on all bands. |
| Our hosts in Noumea very kindly lent me their car for a day to sight see around Noumea and the surrounding countryside. Thatched roofs were quite common in the rural areas. |
