Introduction:
APF filter is a real-time audio filter, which processes the audio from your receiver. The lower and upper edges of the passband are adjustable, and are very sharp. Four widths of notch filter are provided.

Setting up the soundcard:
Do this before starting the program.
- Open the "volume control" panel from the toolbar at bottom of screen.
- Enable "Wave". Mute everything else.
- Select "Options" from the "volume control" panel, then "Properties," , then "Recording control".
- Select "Line in". Close the sound-card panel.
- Now you'll have to experiment with levels and settings, as I did. Good luck!
