DBLog as SERVER
Other programs, like digimodes ones, can use DBLog as logger just sending
commands to it and receiving information from it.
Commands must be sent in TCP to port 3164.
For instance, from the command line:
echo "C:IS0YTG" | nc localhost 3164
In this case DBLog replies with the name and QTH if the call has been worked before:
C:Luca:Cagliari
Otherwise C::
Other recognised commands reply:

Not recognised commands produce:
?:
Some commands carry a parameter as C:call
Other do not as 0:
