City's water supply system: "JKP Vodovod" Smederevska Palanka, Serbia, has a water treatment plant located on 102mnm. In this plant raw water comes from two sources and processed in two separate lines. Drinking water is collected in two tanks (RS and RN) and hence suppresses the city. The city is divided into two height zones. Fuel for the first altitude zone R1 is the 164mnm, and from it is pumped water into the tank for the second altitude zone R3 to 209mnm.
The big problem for the employees was that there was no remote metering, so that every three hours had to visit the reservoirs R1 and R3 to check the water level in them.

We have solved the problem as follows, we installed three PLC: PLC-KS at the plant, PLC-R1 in the reservoir R1 and PLC-R3 in the reservoir R3. These three controllers are connected industrial modems via leased line PTT. The R3 is readable only the water level in the reservoir, R1 is the have information on the level of the R3 and R1, in the Control Room (the plant) is read water level in all four reservoirs. Data on the levels are stored on your computer and each day gets a graphical representation of changes in water levels in all Four tanks during 24 hours.
