MASTER Process Controller MPC-68
- It is a programmable process
controller for use with large electrically-heated furnaces. These furnaces are
used for heat treatment of steel products. It performs acquisition of data and
directs them to interface RS-485 at the demand of PC. 10 programs can be
created. The programs can consist of up to 20 segments. Segments are defined by
the segment set point and by the segment time (100 hours max.). The program can
be created, edited, deleted and started manually by operating a key or by
interface RS-485. The programs, parameters and configuration data are stored in
the EEPROM. It controls up to 8 STC-52 or STC-54 SLAVE temperature controllers.
- 2 Inputs: Optocoupler (AUTO, START/STOP),
- 2 Outputs: Optocoupler (AUTO, ALARM),
- Indication: 6-digit 7-segment LED display,
- Interface:
- RS-485, optically-isolated,
- SPI interface, optically-isolated,
- Supply voltage: 220V ac,
- Dimensions: 96x96x100mm.

MASTER Process Controller MCM-20
- It is a programmable process controller for use with large electrically-heated furnaces.
These furnaces are used for heat treatment of steel products. It performs acquisition of data
and directs them to interface RS-485 at the demand of PC. In version 1, there is up to down time mode.
In version 2, one program can be created. The programs can consist of up to 20 segments. Segments are
defined by the segment set point and by the segment time (100 hours max.). The set points and time (program)
can be created, edited, deleted by interface RS-485. The timer (program) can be started manually by operating
a key or by input START/STOP. The time (program), parameters and configuration data are stored in the EEPROM.
It controls up to 8 MCS-31 SLAVE temperature controllers.
- 2 Inputs: Optocoupler (AUTO, START/STOP),
- 1 Output: Optocoupler (ALARM),
- Indication: 6-digit 7-segment LED display,
- Interface:
- RS-485, optically-isolated,
- SPI interface, optically-isolated,
- Supply voltage: 220V ac,
- Dimensions: 96x96x100mm.
