(F.M.R.E.)                                     2000 International RTTY contest.                    First full weekend of February.          1800 UTC Saturday 5th to 2400UTC Sunday 6th, 2000. Object:   Contact and exchange Qso information with as many stations as           possible. Any station may work any other station. Call:     CQ XE Test Mode:     RTTY Baudot only. Bands:    1.8 to 28MHz. Class:    Single operator, all bands only. Exchange: Mexican stations, RST and state or district.           All others, RST and progressive serial number starting at 001. Scoring:  (a) Qso points.               Two (2) points for each completed Qso in the same country.               Three (3) points for each completed Qso in a different               country.           (b) Multipliers.               Each Mexican state and Districto Federal, (32) and each               DXCC country on each band. (band multipliers). NOTE:         Mexico does not count as a DXCC country. Logs:      a. Entries must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the               contest. No late entries will be accepted.               Copies of contest forms are available at,               http://www.fmre.org.mx            b. An official summary sheet or reasonable facsimile, with a               signed contest participation disclaimer,is required with               all entries.            c. Logs must indicate date, UTC, band, callsigns and complete               exchanges,(sent and received), multipliers and Qso points.               Multipliers should be marked clearly in the log the first               time they are worked.            d.
