OBJECT:   For stations outside the SEANET region to work as many SEANET
          stations as possible.
 
          For stations inside the SEANET region to work as many stations
          as possible, anywhere in the world.

CLASSES: Single operator, all band
         Single operator, single band
         Multi operator, single transmitter.

EXCHANGE: RS(T) plus serial number.

MULTIPLIERS: Multipliers are calculated by total number of SEANET
         countries times three.

SCORING: QSOs count for one point. QSOs in your own SEANET country only
         count for country credit. Final score is total multiplier times
         QSO points.
