EXCHANGE: RST + name + serial number.

POINTS: QSO with same country 5 points, with own continent 10 points, with
        other continent 15 points.

MULTIPLIERS: Each DXCC-country and each W/VE/JA/VK call-area count 1 multiplier

FINAL SCORE: Total QSO-points times total multipliers.
