EXCHANGE: RST + Serial number. UK-stations send RST + county-code.

POINTS:   EU-stations credit 5 points for QSOs with UK-stations,
          NA, SA, AS and AF-stations 15 points,
          OC-stations 30 points.

MULTIPLIERS: Count one multiplier per UK-county worked.

FINAL SCORE: Total QSO-points times total multipliers.
