Rules for The Rhode Island QSO Party SPONSORED BY "THE CTRI CONTEST GROUP" Classes:  Single or Multi-Operator           All HF Bands (except WARC), All Modes           QRP and DX Exchange: Rhode Island stations send RS(T) and County (Five Total).           Non-Rhode Island stations send RS(T) and State, Province, or DXCC           Country. Frequencies: Phone - 25 kHz up from the bottom edge of the General bands and Novice           phone band.   CW - 40 kHz up from the bottom edge of the General bands           and 20 kHz up from the bottom of the Novice bands. Scoring:  Credit 1 point for each Phone QSO and 2 points for each CW or Digital Mode           QSO.   Non-Rhode Island stations multiply total QSO points by number of Rhode           Island counties worked. A one time 100 point bonus will be given for contact with the           CTRI Contest Group Station WA1RR. Rhode Island stations follow a similar format           with the addition of State, Province and DXCC Country multipliers.  Stations may           be worked up to 3 times per band (i.e. Phone, CW, Digital modes). Awards:   Special Certificates will be awarded to the three highest scoring Rhode Island stations.           Certificates will also be awarded to the highest scoring station in each State, Province,           and DXCC Country. Additionally, there will be a certificate awarded to the highest           scoring QRP station.
