| Points | Count 1 point per phone QSO, and 2 points per CW QSO. Stations may be worked once per band/mode, mobiles may be worked again as they cross county lines. Add 25 bonus points for working both Deschutes and Jefferson counties. |
| Multipliers | Oregon stations count 1 multiplier per Oregon County, State, VE Province and DXCC
country worked. All other stations count 1 multiplier per Oregon county worked (max. 36). |
| Awards | Certificates will be awarded depending on number of entries. |
| Logs | Logs/summary sheet showing multipliers worked and scoring must be postmarked no later
