Frequencies	(Phone only) All HF bands 160-10 meters. CONTACTS ON WARC BANDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
Categories	Single Operator Low Power (under 100 watts ) Single Operator High Power (over 100 watts ).
Exchange	Atlantic Province stations send signal report and county. Other stations send signal report and Canadian province/territory, U.S. state or DXCC country
Scoring	Atlantic Province stations work everyone. Stations outside Atlantic Province only work Atlantic Province stations. Score 1 point for every station worked per band.
Multipliers	Atlantic Province stations earn 1 multiplier point for each Atlantic Province county , Canadian province/territory, U.S. state or DXCC country worked. Stations outside Atlantic Province earn 1 multiplier point for each Atlantic Province county.
Total Score	Total QSO points X multiplier points.
Awards	Certificates to top 3 in each Atlantic Province, Certificates to top scorer in each Canadian Province, U.S. state, and DXCC Country.
