I apologize for the delay. If you haven't gotten it going yet, this is the configuration I have:

Windows XP SP3
Agilent IO Libraries v15.0
Agilent 82357B (both genuine and counterfeit versions work)
8648 Service Software

In the Connection Expert, I set the SICL interface ID to hpib7 instead of gpib0 (I think that was the default).

I believe it's possible to jump to a higher version Agilent IO Lib as well.

Plugging in the Address into the Service Support Software requires JUST the GPIB address (e.g. 19).

Plugging in the DUT Address in the Motherboard Utility requires the hpib # and address (e.g. 719)
