• 8 a.m. President’s Breakfast/Executive Board Meeting
• Continued registration/Hospitality Room open
• 10 a.m. YLRL Business Meeting at Hotel
• 12 noon   YL Luncheon at Hotel
• 1:45pm Guided visit to an Historic Home
• 1:45pm Huntsville Weather Service
• 6:30 p.m.  YL/OM Banquet at Hotel with Group Photo before or after dinner, drawings for Scholarship and Door Prizes.
  

 

Saturday, August 16, 2008

• 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.--Huntsville Hamfest and Southeastern ARRL Convention at Von Braun Center (across from hotel).  There will be forums, license exams, new Dealer show, flea market, prizes--all inside.
• US Space and Rocket Center--inside and outside displays, IMAX theater, gift shop and cafeteria.
• Evening:  DX Banquet sponsored by the North Alabama DX Club—interesting Speaker--tickets are limited and must be purchased online in advance.

 

Sunday, August 17

• 7 a.m.-- HAYLARC sponsored breakfast. All YL’s, families, guests are invited to “dutch” breakfast at Shoney’s Restaurant.
• 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Huntsville Hamfest continues.
