• Go to the Events page to downoad the registration form in either pdf or Word (doc) format, fill it out, include a check payable in US FUNDS to HAYLARC (put a note for YLRL Convention.) and mail it to Elizabeth at the address above, which is also included on the registration form.
• If you are YL who would like to share a room with another YL, contact Elizabeth and let her know you would like a roommate so you can put you in contact with another YL also needing a roommate.

If you have prizes you want to donate to the convention committee for door prizes or main prizes, please contact Mary to make arrangements. Do not mail them to the hotel.
