Richard Middelkoop, PA3BAR,
World JOTA Team Geneva.
I have the privilige to work with this fine
international team as the station manager of
XR3J.
The experience, knowledge and enthusiasm of our
team guarantees all the scouts a fantastic radio
scouting programme at the Jamboree. I am looking
forward to welcome you at the station or on the
air. Hasta luego !

Hi I'm Sjaak, callsign PA3GVR,
27 years. I have been enjoying scouting since
1978.
One of my favorite activities of scouting was and
is the JOTA, and because of this I became a radio
amateur in 1991. (I took part in the 1995 World
Jamboree and decided then and there that I had to
go to Chile and perhaps more Jamborees to
follow.......)
Hope to see you at the Jamboree or to make contact
with you via the airwaves.

in the South of Brazil. I'm a Scout for 11 years
and I really love it. I got my ham license on
1996.
I enjoy doing DX, mainly from Scout campings. I
hope to have a great time in Chile.
|
In 1942, I began my Scouting and
enjoyed myself so much that I have stayed in the
movement. Scouting took precedence over amateur
radio ever since I was licenced in 1952. I am the
NZ National JOTA Organiser.
I have helped with Radio Scouting at the World
Jamboree in Norway, and at NZ and Australian
Jamborees.

Hi, I'm Frank, callsign
MØAEU, ex G6OLK. I have been involved in
Scouting for the past 24 years, or in other words
since I was 8! I have been involved in radio for
the past 14 years, and it was Scouting that
introduced me to that as well!
My main interests on the amateur bands are the
digital modes, and I am looking after these at the
Jamboree station, along with the SlowScan TV. I
look forward to working you!
