The meeting was held at the National Electronics Museum, 1745 West Nursery Road, Linthicum, Maryland.
President Mike Birdseye, K4DUM, called the meeting to order at 9:29 AM.
Those in attendance introduced themselves. Nine people attended the meeting.

Secretary's Report: Secretary Brownie, KZ3AB, distributed the November and December meeting minutes via and by hard copy at the meeting.
After minor typos in the December minutes were corrected, the November and December minutes were voted on and approved.
Treasurer Rich Moellmann, N3MOB, gave the Treasurer's Report. Authorized payments were either paid or are pending.
Several members paid their 2015 dues. Membership dues are $25.00 per year. Payment made be made to the treasurer at a club meeting or by a check sent via snail mail and made payable to:

* Sitrep on hood/visor for Eagle Eye
John Hagland, KA3ZTC, showed the hood/visor that he fabricated for the Eagle Eye camera at TABCO Towers.
* CATS Net Frequency
Change
The CATS two meter net will try changing frequencies from 146.760 MHz to 147.030 MHz. Therefore, in the future, the meeting will start on 146.760 MHz and move to 147.030 MHzon a trial basis.

The CATS two meter net will try changing frequencies from 146.760 MHz to 147.030 MHz occasionally. The net will normally start on the standard 147.76 repeater and move as the membership decides.
Kenny, K3UQQ, will hold the BRATS ATV Net on the 147.030 repeater on Thursdays from 9 to 10PM. (BRATS has no PL.)
* TMARC Inquiry on Operational Status
CATS received an inquiry on the status of the 923.25 MHz link. The CATS will reply to Brian Dorbert that the link is active and in use. (Mike will email Brian.)
New Business:
* Out reach for Al (K3OF). Kenny will contact Judy.
* Braille computer repair. Charles will take a look at Bob’s (KC3FI) braille computer to see if it can be fixed.

Officer Elections:
Paul, AA3ZK, read the CATS Nominating Committee’s report.
Bob, KC3FI, distributed the election ballots and asked for additional nominations in each position. No additional nominations were made. The attendees voted and accepted the Nominating Committee’s report.
Attendees voted to re-elect the nominated members by acclamation. The election results are:

* Equipment Status
Coffee John, KA3ZTC, reported that the camera control gearbox was not operating. A locking pin came out of the worm gear. Coffee John showed photos of the equipment. The club authorized Ken to spend up to $99 to affect the repair.

* The club voted to cover material costs to Bron, N3AGB, for the filters and other equipment he provided up to approximately $400.
* Kenny, K3UQQ, will coordinate the troubleshooting at the BRATS repeater site including locating the pre-amp and performing general preventative maintenance of the equipment.
