Posted 3 July 2010 from Tim, AG4KB: For sale, Cushcraft-13B2 13-element 2-meter beam, Phillips rotator, around 60-100 feet of Belden 9913 coaxial cable, around 75-100 feet of 4-conductor rotator cable, and 55 feet of standing tower (mounted in concrete), all for the price of $200, but the buyer will have to take the tower down in Adamsville, Tennessee. The owner has A.L.S. and cannot use his amateur radio equipment any more. Contact Tim Browder at [email protected] or 731-632-1151.

Posted 1 March 2010 from Tim, KI4FDB: For sale, MACO 5-element 11-meter beam, originally owned by WA4TPY (deceased), and used less than 6 months. The original price was $279, but he will take $150 for the beam. In addition, he has an older model CDE rotor and controller set with 150 feet of rotor cable for $75, and 100 feet of new RG8 coax for $25. He also has many other parts and accessories, including some older ham radio parts. Contact Tim Workman KI4FDB, at 270-236-4422 or [email protected].

(ADDITIONAL INFO from KB4RPV: This 5-element beam may be the MACO M105C; see http://www.macoantennas.net. From my personal experience, many of the aluminum-tubing 11-meter CB antennas can be retuned into the 10-meter amateur radio band simply by sliding the telescoping elements farther into each other.)

Posted 15 October 2009, several other items for sale from Clayton, W8JVV:

A.      19" rack-mount rolling cabinets about 74" tall, and 24" by 24" on the sides. Cabinets have either a Plexiglas or glass locking door, with open backs. They are good for rack-mount repeaters, power supplies, etc. For sale at $150 apiece, local pick up only.

B.      220 MHz duplexers, eight cavities to a set, four for transmit and four for receive. The first three on each side are BpBr, the fourth one is Bp only. Two sets are being used by KA1RCI with excellent results. These cavities come on two individual 19" rack-mountable plates. You can mount them in a rack or lay them on the floor. Call for price.

C.      220 MHz RF power amplifiers, conservatively rated at 100 watts output. Comes with associated 110-volt power supply on 19" rack-mountable slide-in module arrangement. The other modules could be used to put in your own exciter and receiver boards. This way, all the voltages would be there for connection, and the completed job would look nice. For sale at $100 dollars.

D.      220 MHz receiver pre-amplifier built by Q-Bit which comes with associated power supply. It is supposedly a wide-band unit from 5 MHz to about 1 GHz. For sale at $50. There are also RF splitters, so you could run multiple scanners with the wide-band Q-Bit pre-amplifier. Call for price on splitters.

E.      52-ohm finned dummy loads will handle 100 watts intermittently. These can be mounted to any surface and are good-looking units. For sale at $35.00 each.

F.      220 MHz tunable dual-port isolators which will cover our 220 MHz ham band. They come with all terminations and include a tunable 220 MHz transmitter filter. For sale at $50.00 each.
