Recumbent Trike - Summer 2000

This summer, I built a new trike.  Having learned a bit from the year before, I wanted my two members of the family to be able to ride a trike at the same time. 

I also took pictures during the whole construction process. 

Starting the project:

Now the rear triangle is attached at the proper angle and the King Pins are being readied for the front forks.

The forks are welded and the trike begins to take shape!

The steering bar keeps both front wheels going the same direction.

The seat begins to take shape.

All the pieces begin to come together...

The seat goes on, and finally a pretty coat of white paint and then metalic red...
