General Information

The Wallingford Repeater Association, which is part of the Meriden Amateur Radio Club Inc., operates and maintains an Amateur Radio repeater located at a water tower on Gaylord Farm Road in Wallingford, Connecticut and covers a portion of the central Connecticut area. It is an open repeater with voice announcement and battery backup functions.

Uses

The repeater is open to all licensed Radio Amateurs. It is mainly used by members of the Meriden Amateur Radio Club and is often used for communications during local public events as well as Talk-In for the annual Nutmeg Hamfest.

Check-in to the Meriden ARC VHF net every Tuesday night starting at 7:00 PM. Listen for the net control station's instructions.
