My main operating concentrates on VHF contesting, typically QRP portable or rover operations (with only modest results), due to antenna restrictions. I also participate in the Pennsylvania QSO Party , usually operating from rare counties or mobiling. One year, I operated from 20 different counties. I'm getting close to buying a house of my own, and I then expect to return to HF and satellite operating. Even though not currently on the birds, I am an Amsat member anxiously awaiting the launch of P3D.
