Hello my name is Charles H. Otnott, III (Charlie) and I am from Gulfport, Mississippi, USA.

I am a 2002 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.  My major is Business Administration with a management emphasis.  It has taken me six years to get a four year Bachelor of Science degree. The courses are tough for a then, forty-something year old.

I graduated in 1999 from The Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (Jefferson Davis Campus) with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Before attending college I spent over 20 years in the United States Coast Guard.  While in the Coast Guard I was a radioman (now called Telecommunications Specialist).  I retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer.

I work for the Bay St. Louis, MS Police Department.

Amateur (HAM) Radio is a hobby that I enjoy.  I have met many interesting people who live around the world, as well as astronauts and cosmonauts in orbit around the earth, via my radio hobby.  My Amateur Radio web page is now ready for viewing.
