Hello All,
I have a question on validation of simulation results with the timings
obtained after
measurement on a board.
For example, AGTL simulated results of fast and slow corners with the
measured
board results.
I have measured AGTL data signals setup and hold time on the oscilloscope
which was met.
But the propagation delay measured from the driver pin to receiver pin has
to be compared
with the simulated results. With which of the simulated results(Tflight_max,
Tflight_min)
should the propagation delay measured on the board compared with?
What is the method for validation of simulated results with measured
results.
