     Hello All!

Sumitomo's Resin Coated Copper Foil is used by board vendors/fabricators when
micro-vias are required on a board design. We want to run Gigahertz signals on
the one side of this dielectric material but thier spec (sort of...) says that
the dissipation factor at 1GHz is 0.22!!!!!

Can any one out there familiar with this material confirm weather or not this is
correct? We think it's a typo.
