First, I'd like to thank everyone who's given me references regarding
backplane resonances.

Since this was soo successful, I thought I'd ask to see if anyone has
experience with long distance cabling. I'm looking for an alternative to
CAT5 which has a low enough loss to span 200-300 meters carrying 100BASE-T
ethernet traffic. I know there are several options for high speed diff-pair
cable which should work, but I'd like to hear of some success stories, if
you'd care to share.

Thanks again,

Dennis
