Hi,
Does anyone know of a commerical packaged part that I can
use to buffer a 10Gbps signal? The part must have differential
inputs with on-chip 50 ohm termination to the most-positive
supply, i.e., a CML or PCML termination. I need the outputs to be
CML or PCML as well in that they need a termination of 50 ohms
to the most positive supply.
I've tried NEL's 10Gb/s GaAs logic familiy and it looks as
though their parts have single-ended inputs whereas I need
differential inputs.
Mike
