I am designing a dense, high speed, 3.11GBs digital board. Up until now I,
my designs have gone up to 1.25Gbs, and I used FR4. But at 3.11GBs I need
dielectric materials that will remain fairly constant out to 15GHz or
better. Anyone out there have suggestions?
