I am H.S. boards designer. I need to characterize FR4 PCB behavior of 20"
length with edge-coupled stripline were the trace width is 6 mil and 15 mil
between the edges. Impedance should fit 100 ohm differential. I am
interested in frequency response up to 8ghz.
What kind of problems should I expect ? how can I calculate total PCB loss
for a given frequency?
Could I get a SPICE model for all the spectrum or is it valid only for
specific freq. ?
