The message "Fw: Life stages txt" contains a macro
virus/worm/whatever you call it named "LIFE_STAGES.TXT.SHS".
Your mail clients will probably show only LIFE_STAGES.TXT and clip
the extension shs, but this is a script which is executable on the
most Windows PCs. Dont open the attachment, delete the whole message
unread.

P.S.: and don't bomb Toby Bauter - I guess he has enough to to with
that worm on his PC - as far as I remember it is rather malicious, as
it does not only reproduce itself to all recipients in your outlook
address book but destroys a lot on your hard disk.
