I would get an Agilent 54754A Differential TDR module and the manual will
tell you everything you need to know to make this measurement - even and odd
modes.

        How does one go about measuring (using TDR) differential pairs on a
board.
        In other words, how does one measure the ZOD of the pair, be it
broadside or
        edge-edge?
