Gary: the IEEE bookstore has copies but for some reason this title is not
listed on their webpage -- you have to call them, which is how I got a copy
last summer. Or you can special order it thru a good bookstore like
opamp.com. Good luck.

but I am not having any luck. I have tried IEEE, bestedeal.com,
evenbetter.com (2 of the better book search engines) - both new and used.
Anybody know how I can obtain a copy?
