Hello si gurus.
We are two undergraduate students working on a project in Technion.
We are designing a testing board for measuring ibis parameters of an
altera Flex10k FPGA.
We saw somewhere a testing board design which connected every other pin to
gnd.
We wanted to know why is this considered to be a good idea.
