The file seems to have a problem with units. The ICX model check is
reporting that there are non-monotonic points in the curve. If you look at
the data you will see that the currents are decreasing and then change
dramatically. The simple assumption is that the units should change from
ma to ua, but I think you need to contact the supplier for more information
about how the model was created. I also noticed that someone commented out
the values around zero for the power clamp. I see the same issue - the
currents are too large.

During importing this IBIS model into IS, there are 3 parser errors but I

Other IBIS model checker pass this IBIS model and made non-error except IS.
