Hi:

  Regarding Scripts:

  The General Report File (.gen) is readable and parsable by unix
utility "awk".
  Refer to chapter 13 of XNS-TLC-XFX User's Manual, for examples of
"awk" scripts.

  Importing to Excel:

  From XNS waveform generate a Multi Column I/O format file, which is a
Time/Voltage ASCII file with extension .dat (See Appendix B of XTK/TLC
User's Manual). The ".dat" file can be easily imported to Excel.
