Has anyone tried the "Real-Time" 2-D FDTD EM field simulator
just announced by CRC Press? I received an announcement
from CRC Press a few days ago for this $80 field solver with
graphical user interface.
It would be interesting to know the performance and
capabilities of this program. The ad says that it
requires 4 MB of RAM.
Considering all of the discussion of decoupling capacitors
on printed circuit boards over the last few days, perhaps
this program might help visualize the propagation effects
being discussed.
