I've been looking at them too. Some colleagues bought some from either
Cascade Microtech or Intercontinental Microwave, but I can't remember
which. Cost was $1500 or so. I've also been looking at some 3-axis
positioners from Edmund Scientific, which are $465 if I recall correctly.
The Edmund gizmos would require making an additional piece to hold the
probe.
