I am looking for two high speed TTL/CMOS parts, and
wonder if some of you could give me a pointer.

 1) a high speed inverting buffer (TTL or CMOS) that can
handle 240 Mhz signal and drive 100 Ohm or 50 Ohm transmission
    line.

 2) A 2-input mux followed by a flip flop (TTL or CMOS) that
can handle 120 Mhz signal and drive 100 or 50 Ohm.
If a combo part is not available, two separate parts might be ok.

Thanks in advance for your help!
