Yes, they are full-swing, single-ended, 2.5 V CMOS signals. Source-series
terminated such that the drivers are designed with a 50 ohm
equivalent output resistance on rising and falling edges.
The line widths are 4 and 5 mils (outer-most and inner-most layers).
