I am real sorry guys, about sending out what I thought would a standard,
universal pdf file. For *some reason* MS Outlook takes what is supposed to
be a universal web readable file format and puts is own proprietary spin on
it. I have re-appended the pdf file and a version that has been zipped. I
have been told that at least one of these files is now readable by a Sun
workstation.
