One approximation is

L approx. = 5*ln(2*Pi*h/w)
where L = nH/in
w, h in mils (trace width and height above plane, resp.)
Pi = 3.14159
ln = natural log

Thus 10 mil wide trace 10 mil above plane is approx
9.2 nH/in (according to this approx)
